As promised...
Easiest (and most versatile) Calzone EVER!
The one that won my kids over:
Pillsbury pizza crust rolled out and brushed with Italian dressing. Then down the center: turkey, Mozzarella cheese, a bit o' Parmesan, olives, and green peppers. (I forgot the mushrooms.)
Fold edges over, seal, and bake @ 350 for about 20 minutes. WaLaa! How dang easy was that!
Other options I have used: Rhodes rolls, Ham and Cheddar cheese, different sauces to dip (Alfredo or Marinara), pizza toppings etc. The options are endless!
Bon Appetit!

I'm totally making this calzone on Thursday. That's when my in-laws invited themselves over for dinner. How nice for me that you blog. Thanks lady.
